Shipping Policy

Standard Parcel Shipping

Standard: Delivery in one to seven business days.

Please allow seven to ten business days for delivery.

Overnight/2 day shipping prices may vary.

  • To qualify for free standard shipping, your order must total $100 or more before any taxes, fees or shipping charges are added.

  • Free shipping won’t apply if eligible items are canceled, resulting in an order total of less than $100.

  • Free shipping is only valid on orders shipping to a single address.

  • Free shipping doesn’t apply to Special Order items. Special Order items display a future-availability date and aren’t available for same-day store pickup.

  • Shipping times start once the order has been processed and shipped. For example, a back-ordered item purchased with standard shipping may take one week to process and then one to seven business days to reach your home.

Return & Exchange Policy

48-Hour Return Policy

  • Return must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery

Nonrefundable items

Items that have been worn, torn, or soled. All items must be in new condition in order to be exchanged or refunded.

Damage Due to Shipping/Delivery, Missing Items, Shipping/Delivery Errors 

If you receive an order that arrives damaged, incomplete or in need of replacement parts, contact our customer care at 717-610-5926 within three days of receiving the item to report the damage.
